The tasks most users need help with first

Step 1: Go to Requests from the main navigation.

Step 2: Browse the service catalog and select "Expense" (or the specific expense type like "Travel" or "Office Supplies").

Step 3: Click "Create Request" and fill in the details — add line items with descriptions and amounts.

Step 4: Attach any receipts or supporting documents.

Step 5: Click "Submit". Your request will be sent to your manager for approval and you will be notified of the outcome.

Step 1: Go to People from the main navigation, then select "Time-off".

Step 2: Check your leave balance at the top of the page to see how many days you have available.

Step 3: Click "Request Time-off" and select the type of leave (Annual, Sick, etc.).

Step 4: Choose your start and end dates, add any notes, and click "Submit".

Step 5: Your manager will be notified. Once approved, your leave balance will be updated automatically and the dates will appear on the team calendar.

Step 1: Go to People from the main navigation, then select "Timesheets".

Step 2: Select the project and task you worked on from the dropdown menus.

Step 3: Enter the number of hours, select a category (Development, Meetings, Admin, etc.), and mark whether the time is billable or non-billable.

Step 4: Click "Save" to record your entry. Repeat for each task you worked on.

Step 5: At the end of the period, click "Submit for Approval" to send your timesheet to your manager.

Step 1: Go to Files from the main navigation.

Step 2: Navigate to the folder where you want to upload, or create a new folder first.

Step 3: Click "Upload" or drag and drop files directly into the page.

Step 4: To share the file, select it and click "Share". Add the people you want to share with and choose their permission level.

Step 5: Click "Share" to confirm. The recipients will be notified that you shared a file with them.
